To find this Easter Egg, make your way to the top floor of the main building at the Array, where you will find a room full of computer terminals. Upon playing Blackout, players can find a secret button that will broadcast a secret audio message that plays over several radios across the map. You can find the mystery box teddy bear by searching the roof of the Asylum, along with searching the inside where he has been found sitting in a wheelchair, as well as on top of the piano. He has also been used in several Easter Egg steps such as in the Ascension map to unlock a hidden song. If you aren't familiar with the famous teddy, you should know that he usually spawns after having spun the mystery box too many times. Surprisingly though, the process to the activate this Easter Egg is exactly the same as it was in World at War. By simply flushing the left most toilet, an audio cue will begin to play 'Lullaby for a Dead Man', arguably the most iconic song from the Call of Duty series. Head to the top floor of the Asylum and find the Restroom. Heading back to the days of World at War Zombies, you can find a rather interesting Easter Egg at the Verruckt Asylum in Blackout.
